A $750.00 Admission Fee is required to reserve any residence. This Admission Fee is a one-time fee and is used to maintain the common areas and physical plant. In the event a residence is reserved but does not become occupied due to resident health reasons, all of the Admission Fee is refundable. All prices subject to change.
Also, a Quality of Care Fee of $204.00 will be charged each month in accordance with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.
Brookhaven Extensive Care is a smoke-free community. Smoking will be permitted in a designated outside area.
